We read everything that comes in. Bug reports and corrections get answered first, because both of them make the site better for everyone.
What to get in touch about
- Game bugs
- A control that does not respond, a game that will not start, a level that appears impossible, or a score that does not save. Tell us the game, your browser and your device if you can - that is usually enough to reproduce it.
- Corrections
- If something in an article is wrong, we want to fix it. Corrections are handled under our fact-checking policy, and substantive ones are noted on the page itself.
- Accessibility problems
- Anything that makes the site or a game unusable with a keyboard, a screen reader, high contrast mode or reduced motion enabled. These are treated as bugs, not requests.
- Editorial enquiries
- Questions about how something was researched, or about our approach to a topic.
- General feedback
- Suggestions for games or guides, or anything else you want to say.
